Kay sa mga pagtulun-an sa akong amahan, nga maoy founder sa #KUSUG, ang tunuod nga kauswagan ug kalamboan dili man mag gikan sa mga lider kon dili sa mga ordinaryong Sugbuanon nga kada adlaw nanikaysikay alang sa ilang kaugmaon.
Thus, I only hope that this awarding ceremony will not only serve as an affirmation of the good work that our people have done, but also serve as an inspiration for everyone to keep on going.
Though I understand not everyone can be awardees, but at the end of the day, it is doing our respective duties to the best of our ability that ensures that it is our constituents, the people of Cebu City, the people we serve, who ultimately win in the end.
That, for me, is the greatest reward.
