On this day 2015, then Mayor Mike Rama announced my inclusion in the party’s slate as councilor for the north district of Cebu City. I was then serving as councilor in brgy Kamputhaw and President of the citys Barangay Councilors League. Little did I know that I would be serving in the most challenging times this city has ever seen.
