After learning about what happened to Michelin-starred Chef Jason Atherton, the guy behind the Pig and Palm, I decided to give a privilege speech and ask that a formal investigation be done.
I don’t want to preempt the probe but I do want the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Cebu City to know what happened on the evening of December 23, 2022 at F Cafe & Bar, which is located on Kasambagan, Cebu City, and, therefore, within our jurisdiction and responsibility.
Apart from being a public servant, I am father to a daughter. And I want a Cebu City that is safe for my child; for all our children.
