Last week, I sponsored a resolution asking the Mayor to include in the supplemental budget the purchase of digital traffic lights with cctv cameras similar to what we see in Mandaue and Minglanilla. Our current traffic lights were installed back in 1990 during the Mayors first term. Its time to upgrade to a more modern system that would help ease our traffic.
